We are a growing property management company based in Oakland, CA. We will offer a fast-paced and dynamic work environment for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor.

Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for a portfolio of multi-family residential properties throughout the Oakland area to include resident work orders, vacant unit turns and interior renovations.

Responsabilities
• Responsible for planning, budgeting, and scheduling property maintenance. This includes cost estimates, bid sheets, scopes of work and creating budgets for multiple projects.
• Oversees the supply shop by properly ordering and inventorying equipment and supplies.
• Ensures that all unit turn and interior renovation projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budgeted parameters.
• Maintains a standard of excellence regarding customer service and tenant relations.
• Conducts property inspections and makes recommendations for preventive maintenance and safety issues.
• Manages and motivates a team of maintenance technicians to complete work orders and units turns across the portfolio.
• Assists maintenance technicians with difficult projects that require more enhanced skill and experience.
• Manages staff payroll, overtime, expense reports, vacation requests, etc.
• Assists in bringing new properties into the portfolio.

Requirements
• MUST have at least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multi-family housing.

• Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook, smart phones and excel.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a written maintenance skills test.

• Must be able to pass a background, criminal and drug test.
• Must have your own tools.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
