Riaz Taplin has a decade of experience designing, developing, and constructing ultra-luxury residential properties. One of his recent projects, a boutique luxury condo project in Pacific Heights, set records for San Francisco's highest sales per square foot. With over 75 development/renovation projects under his belt, Riaz focuses on the design and direction of the projects and is the principal point of contact for Artthaus’ clients. Riaz is also a Principal at RTS Investments, a real estate investment firm, which owns and operates over 8500 residential units in the East Bay. Riaz has a B.A. in Economic History from the London School of Economics.
